Both of these cards were made using a scalloped image from the font 09KutUps. It was a free font posted to be used by cutters. I don't 
have the link but if you google it you should be able to find it. Both cards used the scalloped image which was mirrored and welded. Then a simple circle was cut for the center. The yellow one is quite a bit bigger than the blue one but both are pretty sweet!
