I don't know who the designer of this file was but I believe it was called Dahlia Frame. The white frame, the Happy Birthday, the black scroll, and the flower center were all cut from vinyl. The black backgroundnand the white and black flower petals were cut from textured card stock. And of course they were all cut using my KNK Maxx. :O)Monday, January 30, 2012
