Christie from Creations by Christie showed how to used embossing powder to make paper look like metal. I wasnted to make a card using a heart cut from a free file from Judy at
http://www.littlebit.com/. but I didn't have the "perfect paper". So I cut the heart from plain red cardstock. I then applied versamark to the heart by turning the pad upside down and pouncing it on the paper. I applied a clear embossing powder and heated it. The picture on the left is a picture of the paper the heart was cut from and the heart after it was "embossed" On the right is the card that I made using the heart. The "congratulations on your engagement" was written using the KNK . The dots are dots of vinyl.
