Chris from www.visualdesignsbychris.com has some cute cutting files and this is one of them. She had a card made with the Happy Birthday To You on it, I just used the Happy Birthday to you, cut it from white vinyl, and made 4 cards in about 5 minutes. These are 2 of them.
