Day 431

This card was made from a Wanda Davis SVG file. I made the cut out card and then tried several different things for the actual tulip and didn't like any of them. Then I tried a glossy red vinyl and it worked for me. But then I had this big white space to the left and no clue what to put there. It sat that way for weeks.  When I cut the Birthday Wished for another card I knew it would work on this card if it was cut from red vinyl.
