Day 133

My little granddaughter, Hailey Grace, is just a smiler! She is the happiest baby. I am not much of a scrapbooker but I do try occasionally. The daisy frame was a freebie from one of our KNK groups. I wish I could remember who designed it...I checked the archives of all 3 groups and didn't come up With a daisy frame posting. But it is cute as can be and for such a dainty thing it cut great. The smile was a font that was letters in squares. I couldn't get the "S" to cut from paper, it kept tearing, so I cut it from vinyl.
The journaling block was punched with a Martha Stewert border punch, and the daisies on the page were designed by Sandy McCauley and cut from vinyl.
I babysit for Hailey and her 3 year old brother Gavin 2 days each week. It is amazing how much she changes in a weeks time. I was telling Gavin something about Hailey going to get bigger and be just like him and he said "She is going to be a boy???"

  1. This is a georgeous page, Nancy! I laughed till I cried when I read the story about Gavin asking if she was going to be a boy. The sweet innocence of a child...it made perfect sense to him that if she was going to get big like him, then she must be going to turn into a boy. You need to journal that story somewhere on your scrapbook page so you won't ever forget! So sweet!!!!
