Nancy,This is so cute. Did you draw those eyes and lashes? Great job.
Caz & Pam, Thanks! The eyes are vinyl, the white on them is a Sharpie paint pen, I have had it several years, use it very infrequently, but it always works perfectly. The lashes are just drawn with a fine point sharpie marker.
Here is my other card made with the Snow Owl from My Scrap Chick. If you like paper piecing they have awesome files.
