Day 626

This card was made using a technique that I saw on another blog. It uses the Quikutz metal sheets, the Cuttlebug, and alcohol ink. You apply alcohol ink to the metal and let it dry, run it through the cuttlebug using what ever folder you desire, and then lightly sand it. It turns out gorgeous, the problem is even though I let this sit for a week, the color rubs off when you work with it.

  1. Very pretty! Have you tried to seal it with a polyurethane or varnish? They can be painted on or sprayed on.

  2. Lovely card. Try heat setting the inks. I have found that to be helpful.
