This is National Sister's Week according to Facebook. I have 3 sisters, we all get along and have a good relationship with each other. So this is the card that I made...3 times. :O) The daisy is a My Scrap Chick file, The white of the daisy is a silver lustre from the Paper Temptress.The paper for the card is Coredinations, and the lettering is a font called PC Dazzle cut from vinyl. It is really a sweet font! Klo from the CutterVenting group posted a yahoo group which sends out free font. There is a trial pack which is where I found PCDazzle http://www.fontcollectors.net/files/trialpack.zipor you can get on his list by sending a blank email to fontpacks-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and he will send free fonts each week. With the trial pack there were maybe 30 fonts and I deleted all but a handful. I have so many fonts that I only download something very different.
Just a sweet little flower card. The file is from MyScrapChick. The eyes and hearts were cut from vinyl, the rest from paper.
This card is another one of my paper pad cards. The Flowers were cut with the KNK.Not sure how much I like it but I think it is cheerful.
A long time ago I had bought a pad that had 20 A2 cards, of course they were on sale. Now my mission is to use them. I actually bought 4 of them, each with a different variety of patterns. For this card all I did was cut the Happy Birthday from vinyl and apply it to the front of the card. When I cut words from Vinyl I will usually cut a half dozen and that way I have some on hand rather than havving to cut each time I make a card.
Two more bear cards from MyScrapChick.The one on the left I may add some words with vinyl. The one on the right I used the sweet little flower again and the love was something I purchased. There were 20 rhinestone "loves" in the package on sale for $2.99!
Sorry for the photo quality! Another MSC file. The bear is from baby animal peepers folder, I think. The flower is also a MSC file. The window was handcut although it would have been easier to do on the KNK. And the Thinking of you was printed by hand.The eyes and nose on the bear are vinyl. There are 11 pieces to the bear but he goes together fast.
Another file from MyScrapChick. This is a flower card. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about is that the hinge part of the card is about 1/4 inch which makes it really flimsy. But it is a cute card!
Both were cut with Coredinations paper and the one on the right has the edges sanded.
The next week will be mostly cards made using MSC files, there are some pretty cute things coming up!
